The New Farm Neighbourhood Centre, established in 1986, has been working with the community towards social justice, diversity and inclusion in Brisbane’s inner city since the early 1980s.

Located in Brunswick St opposite beautiful New Farm Park we provide a place for people to meet, to join activities and to tap into local support services.

We offer free help with housing and legal issues and we provide a range of sporting and social activities in the area. We offer an open house with office facilities and we even have our own community garden.

New Farm Neighbourhood Centre also hosts a Patrons program. Since 2010 this successful program has fostered a group of local community members who generously support the work of the centre.

In July 2014 we merged with Communify Qld. Based in Bardon, Communify is a multi-service community care provider who have been serving Brisbane’s inner north and west since 1976.

This merger promises to improve community service delivery across Brisbane’s Inner-northern suburbs. It strengthens foundations for the future for both our centre and Communify.

Our new website has been streamlined, with our Venue Hire and What’s On pages now within the Communify Qld website

We are here for you so get in touch today to see how you can become involved with your community.
