TAAS is based at New Farm Neighbourhood Centre.  The service provides free advice, advocacy and housing referral services to tenants. The TAAS workers can assist people with bond loan information, applying for public and community housing, conciliation and Small Claims Tribunal matters. You can use the phone, daily papers and the internet to assist in your accommodation searches.
The service also provides education (talks, articles, etc.) on tenancy law for community groups and works towards better laws and housing services for tenants.
